Major Duties/Responsibilities: 
The incumbent, under general supervision, is responsible to: 
1.R&D Support / 研发支持 
Introduce new formulas, new products and applications in the BOF,BF,torpedo, iron ladle, steel ladle and RH snorkel maintenance area. 
介绍新配方、新产品及其应用，包括转炉、高炉、铁水鱼雷罐,铁水包,钢水包,RH 浸渍管等. 
Optimize and develop new application technology.优化并开发新的应用工艺。 
Negotiate and set up trials.产品试用的谈判和安排。 
Computerization of trial performance data for optimization analysis and maximum profitability. 对试验的结果电脑化，分析并优化 
Maintain focus on customer requirements. 满足现有客户的要求。 
Optimize the quality of current products. 优化现有产品的性能 
2.BUSINESS SUPPORT /商务支持 
Attend and participate in technical meetings, and be responsible for technical agreement. 参加技术会议，负责技术协议 
Maintain key customer technical contacts.从技术层面维护关键客户 
Maintain communications with sales Marketing team, global R&D and Technical Managers. 
和销售市场部门、总部的研发和技术经理保持沟通。 
3.SALES/ 销售支持 
Prepare and present product promotions to prospective customers. 
对潜在客户进行产品的促销。 
Identify opportunities of new products for increased penetration of new accounts and existing business. 
论证新老客户对新产品的接受度 
Aggressively pursue new applications equipment development. 
促进新设备的发展。 
Identify and establish working relationship with key account customers for future business development. 
维护和增进与关键客户的关系，促进未来商机。

一、Position Demands 
1.Knowledge: A Bachelor’s degree in ferrous metallurgy or refarctories with a minimum of 5 years experience in steel making environment. M.Sc or up, MBA , knowledge and experience in sales and marketing, and engineering is a plus. 
治金或耐火专业本科毕业，在钢铁制造行业工作五年以上经验。有MBA经验者更佳。 
2.Skills & Abilities: Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Fluent English required. Computer skills needed. 
3.Physical & Mental: Must be able to withstand the physical pressures of standing, walking, climbing steps, sitting, extremes of hot and cold, as well as being in a dusty, dirty industrial environment. Must be able to gather organize, and analyze data, draw conclusions, and handle stress. Must wear safety equipment as required. 
4.General: Will travel and work overtime as needed.

Internal: Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, Plant Management, Customer Service, FinanceHuman Resources, and other MINTEQ locations. 
External: MINTEQ customers, vendors.
